What People Are Saying…

Imagine being part of something extraordinary full of positive messages, great energy and humble-hearted... Well, that’s exactly how it feels when working with Melinda Raebyne. As she walks into the room, you can feel her amazing energy and vibes filling the room. No wonder every single project that she creates, becomes exactly that, something amazing. From music videos to documentaries, Melinda puts her heart and soul into her projects, and you can sense it when you get to work with her, she welcomes you into her projects and makes them become yours as well. She treats everyone with respect and kindness. I have had the opportunity to work with her in the filmmaking Industry shoulder to shoulder in the past, and I was able to take a closer look at all of her infinite knowledge and skills. She’s a hard worker and passionate about anything she puts her mind to. Always smiling and always thinking about the welfare of others.

— Giovanny Vazquez, Film Industry

“Melinda Raebyne is not only a filmmaker who hits all the marks for cinematography, story, and stunning visual production, she takes risks and creates films that ignite the soul, make you think, and introduce something that adds to the landscape of film and even world consciousness. I jump to be involved in her projects as I know that it will be creative, collaborative and will utilize a team of people that strive for greatness. I have seen her lead and inspire magic with her willingness to dig deep, tell an honest story and add an element of design and intrigue that is hard to match.”

— Alder Sherwood, Producer, Actor and Writer.

“When I met Melinda we became instant friends. I have worked with Melinda as an actor, activist, and advocate. In the 10 years I have known Melinda, she has been one of the hardest working people I know in the (film) industry and in everyday life. Something that really impressed me about Melinda, is that she has supported me many times. The most memorable time was when I was raising money for micro houses for a homeless encampment. I invited folks out to help build 28 houses. Melinda was all in and took a leadership role in organizing a build of one Microhouse. The thing that stands out to me is that she worked so hard to try and finish that house and folks were dropping off like flies, but not Melinda! In fact, she went back, finished the Microhouse, stayed there, and did a documentary about the camp which showed at the Seattle International Film Festival. Melinda is a great person to know, that is compassionate, passion-driven, and determined.”
